Each year, CREW Sacramento honors women in Sacramento's commercial real estate industry who excel in their careers and who are leaders, role models and/or mentors in the community. Awards are presented to women in specific professions within commercial real estate as well as the Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award.
The Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award recognizes a woman that has made an impact on the local commercial real estate industry, her family and the local community. The nominee should be an achiever in her field or occupation, considers family and friends equally, if not more important than, her career, and displays generosity to others. Her impact on the local community may derive through participation in community service organizations or through the impact on individuals through personal volunteerism done not for recognition, but simply because assisting others is the right thing to do regardless of the visibility of her actions.
Nominees do not need to be past or present CREW members to be considered for recognition.
The award nominations categories are as follows:

- Female trailblazer/mover/shaker in CRE - any of the following categories:
- Commercial Broker
- Developer
- Finance
- Property Manager
- Attorney
- Rising Star
- Architecture
- Design
- Contractor
- Business Development
- Honorable Mention - Catalyst - Male
